been a good past few days
life conference has been interesting
and service was good.

I really don't feel like blogging
I'm doing this for the sake of anti-stagnance

really don't want to go back to school.

good week so far.
I know I forgot to blog before L camp
so this is the make up, I guess

saturday.
mmmm, was good
serving for the parents day service
sitting up at 4M and freezing
then going to macs
having the emo walk with benedict
then going upstairs to play lame games
heh
good

sunday.
packing for L camp in the morning
then rushing down to church
meeting my groupmates
more specifically (and in alphabetical order):
Andrew, Brandon, Danielle, me, Jasmine, Ruth, Ryan
took the bus then MRT to sembawang station
then walked to the BB/GB campsite
along the way
we found out that we had to piggyback two members
then, we found out that we had to walk barefoot
rawr
but it was fun
group bonding
aiya
too many things happened to note down
but it was a good group
go devoted!
heh
and we had the most awesome cheer.

so many memories
I'm gonna leave it to ruth to blog out all the rest.

you don't need to go

Woe! @ Tuesday, June 12, 2007
very very sadly, I'll be leaving for malaysia tomorrow morning, only to return on friday.

very very sadly.

I'll miss two rehearsals
and possibly the sectional outing too

boo.

this is short

Sunday @ Sunday, June 10, 2007
For whatever reason, I have recently decided to re-watch bleach, all 128 current episodes of it, which led to me sleeping at 7 in the morning today.

Service was good, I was serving and I jumped the gun too many times while doing the sermon slides. Plus, we got the wrong list of songs and ended up messing up at some point. Boo. But at least the last part was all good.

Fuel was fun, purely games. Of course, not a saturday is complete without joshua sabo-ing me one way or another, and that he did. Our buzz group is awesome! heh heh heh

macs was the usual, although it was one of those weeks where for some reason it feels like you know everyone. hm. And of course, my usual repertoire of lame jokes, repeated for the benefit of anyone who wanted to listen.

not really blogging much, call me a lazy bugger.

Fridays @ Friday, June 08, 2007
past few days have been good
after the so-called-eventful monday of shrek 3
basically, the days involve going for SP course, followed by rehearsals, then going home, and sleeping late.

SP course has been good, with the mad-cap group that we are.
really funny lessons involving random comments and lots of laughing
really good SALTing where we got 10 people saved (YAAAAAAYY)
really really good ending, you could tell the spirit of the Lord was in the air
and I'll put this down for the record, I'm quoting PDa on this:
"me and brother andy, we'll remember this class of SPs, I have a feeling we're in the midst of historymakers"
:D:D:D

yea, that was so weird coming from me

rehearsals were fun and funny, albeit taxing
space jump is officially the funniest game ever.
watching the scenes of sister cherie's stoning, funeral, the ballet practises, the bullying, hilarious-ness
and of course, the actual practising
joshua and zhi he are amazingly funny
like, unintentionally
laughing my head off.

can't say more :P

anyway, been a relaxing friday, having nothing on
first one of the week
its actually shocking.

Monday @ Tuesday, June 05, 2007
Watched shrek 3 with the people I'd never expect, but it happened anyway.

Ariel, Ruth, Benedict, and I.

Benedict came over to my house first, where we proceeded to do absolutely nothing. Brilliant, aren't we.

Then, we walked to the bus stop opposite coronation plaza where we took the bus to wheelock. Well, originally we were going to take to cine, but ruth wanted to eat at wheelock. Ah well.

We wanted some japanese restaurant, but it was too full. So we ended up going to Fish and co., which I have now learnt sells horrendous pizza. There was way too much capsicum and onion, and way too little ACTUAL seafood, although we did order the seafood pizza.

Then, we finally left for lido, but not before the whole saga of benedict's wallet.

At the movie theater though, tragedy struck. Ruth came to the sudden realisation that she had to be home earlier than she expected, which was why she had to leave earlier. Our attempts to persuade her were to no avail, and she left alone, leaving me, benedict and ariel in the cinema.

After the movie was over, benedict came up with the brilliant idea of walking, no, escorting ariel home. Being the host, and the fact that benedict would be returning to my house, I followed along. After that, we, of course, headed home.

I haven't given a detailed account of an event in ages, wonder how this one worked out alright. Probably because I really have nothing better to do.

2 am, I should sleep, SP course.

mmmm
yesterday was good
albeit, less people at service, but it was still good
good service, long time since PDa preached at adam
heh heh

FUEL was good too
mixing with the other buzz groups
and of course, the large helpings of randomness
(and stop calling me shrekkiedaddy)

macs was (as usual) lame, but fun

I think in this day and age, the apex of human recognition is having your own article in wikipedia. No seriously, when you've got your own article, its like being famous.

maybe love is just a requim of the soul...

Thursdays @ Friday, June 01, 2007
I have a habit of posting on thursdays and leaving the title as "thursdays"

then again, technically today's a friday.

as per holiday tradition, I have to begin screwing up my body clock, staying up and watching the sunrise, waking up horrendously late with that irritating headache, then complaining for half the day(night), and then repeating the whole process. Tradition.

Yes benn, I know, but I have stuff to do.

Right, I've started on a new project, expected to last one week. Expected, that is.

So, off I go then.

OH CRAP I HAVE THE HISTORY PROJECT MEETING TOMORROW

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."

intro
There's so much about life that I don't know about yet, and there's so much that God teaches me as I walk with Him everyday. This is where I record what I learn, my reflections on His revelations. My hope is that through the words you read, you hear His voice, not mine. And if it puts a smile on your face, that's an added bonus
