It rolls down my face
one clear blue drop
it would if it could
but this pearl can't stop
it leaves a trail
and in it engraved
all that I am
broken but saved
it weighs little
but carries alot
a wellspring of sorrow
the darkness of loss
it clouded, it ruled
through sorrow and pain
but now its gone
at the mention of Your name
it rolls down my face
this one clear drop
and at Your Name Lord
my sadness stopped
