I don't actually blog alot, more like regularly
its a subconscious thing that I do every time I go on the computerrr

anyway, thank you all for taking time out of your day to read my random, nonsensical, and often retarded comments

okay, recap!
THURSDAY
woke up eaaaarly
well, for me
and went down to serene
thought I was going to be late for the drama min thing
turns out, the only one that was there was reuben
so we sat and ate breakfast
met some of the people who were going for SP course
ariel mae, janella, lester and jackie
who were having their own breakfast
promptly chased them off and kop-ped their table
drama min thing was fun
talk talk talk, jump around and sing, talk some more, go out for lunch, talk some more, watch movie, talk some more, conclude
drama min are fun worzzz
heh :D
then, dinner
doing up the props that people will see TODAY
my horrid handwriting D:
but it was good fun :)

FRIDAY
slept at 3 in the morning
woke up at a comfortable 10.30 am
went down to ariel's house
surprise!
first one there!

have to do that less often, I've got a reputation to keep
the one about me being notoriously late
anyway!

its weird, my dreams keep distorting my reality
its good to wake up and get a grip on things

Gideon Goh is so lame
It's his only shot to fame

who's randomness has almost no end

a bear with claws and sharp teeth
that bite and sink down into meat
It goes grawr, grawr, grawr
Because it wants more more more

more drink, more ice, from some bartender dude
and in the end he eats the bartender dude

heh, it started out nonsensical, and slowly slid into complete randomness

"Acts 8:26-40
v26-27"Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip 'Go south to the road - the desert road - that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.' So he started out, and on his way he met an Ethiopian eunuch."

1. God works in the unexpected place
He worked in the desert road, the dusty, dry, deserted desert road. God worked in the place of death, the place that only had cursory amounts of life, negligible
but that's where God moved
that's where God sent his worker, so that a work could be done

2. God works in the Journey, not the Destination
it wasn't at Gaza that Philip met the Ethiopian, nor was it in Jerusalem, nor was it in Samaria, which was were Philip was, that God did the work He wanted. If Philip was so focused that he missed what God wanted to do, what was the point?
God works in the journey, because that's where the change is
if you keep focusing solely on your destination, you never realise that God changes you in the journey, so that you can arrive at the destination.

3. God works at His convenience, not yours
when God asks you to do something, its not something IMPOSSIBLE, but its something INCONVENIENT. And sometimes inconvenient it putting it lightly. Its never something you cannot do, but its something that requires some sacrifice.
